Acid Etching is a system where emulsions are printed on to the surface. These are normally text and logos in different colours. Acid is then introduced which eats away the metal that is not covered with the special emulsion. Colours are then added to the plate to enhance the effect.
The end product is very pleasing but is only ideal for large volume production (200+ items).
