Vinyl Lettering

Vinyl letters are an economical and durable. They have many practical uses: Vehicle Lettering, Office Door Signs, Retail Store Window Graphics, Boat Lettering, Personalizing Items, Labeling, Decorative Uses, etc.

Vinyl letters can be applied to many sign background materials including: mdo plywood, aluminum, plastics, corrugated plastic,
pvc board, foam display board, glass, and almost any other smooth surface.

The lettering is cut out of a thin self adhesive vinyl film, on a plotter connected to a computer that interprets files produced by a variety of different graphics programs. The resulting self adhesive letters are held in their relative positions by a low-tack application sheet and are easy to apply to a variety of different surfaces.

The vinyl is cut automatically from the agreed design held digitally on computer. Both letters and graphics can be catered for in this process. At this stage the line cuts are not visible.

The vinyl is peeled back to reveal the cut lettering/graphics.

All that remains is the lettering.

We next apply a paper transfer, this is a lightly self-adhesive paper that keeps every letter and graphic in its original position.

A backing sheet is applied also to preserve the integrity of the cut lettering and graphics. This is the form in which the sticker is delivered to you.

You remove the backing sheet and apply the sticker in the desired position.

You smooth this down and then simply remove the paper transfer leaving the vinyl lettering in place and visible for all to see.
